Software for ecommerce and consumer brands

Operations software that sits beside Shopify and your warehouse system, for the work that currently lives in spreadsheets, task lists and inboxes.

Where the time goes

A growing brand usually has a good storefront and a warehouse system that works. The trouble sits between them. Influencer seeding runs from a task list and a spreadsheet. Wholesale orders arrive by email and are keyed in by hand. Stock and product costs for each region are pulled together in a workbook before every planning meeting.

Each gap tends to get filled by another subscription. Brands end up paying monthly for several apps, using a small part of each, and still copying data between them. Nobody can say from one screen which creator was sent what, which order went to which warehouse, or what a campaign cost.

What we build

Software for the operational work your storefront was never designed to do, connected to the systems you already run. Orders go to the warehouse system automatically, with checks that stop the same order going twice, and status and tracking come back the same way.

For influencer seeding, that means creator applications, campaign outreach and reminders, product requests from partner agencies and a record of who posted. For wholesale, it can be an ordering portal for trade customers with their own prices. For planning, it means stock and cost reports by product, warehouse and region, without the workbook.

Access is set by role. Partner agencies can log in and see only their own requests, and staff who do not need customer addresses never see them.

What it connects to

Shopify, warehouse and order management systems such as Fulfil.io, email sending, Instagram and TikTok for brand mentions, and Xero for accounts. If you pay monthly for an app and use a small part of it, we can often build that part into your own system so the subscription can be cancelled.

Questions

Will this replace Shopify?

No. Shopify keeps running your storefront and checkout. The software we build handles the operational work around it and connects to it.

Can it replace some of our apps?

Often, yes. If a subscription covers one job you could describe in a few sentences, it is usually cheaper over a few years to own that feature than to rent it.

Can agencies and partners log in?

Yes. Each role sees only what it needs. In the HexClad system, partner agencies submit requests for their own creators and cannot see anyone else's.

Who owns the software?

You do, once it is paid for. The custom code we write for you is yours, as set out in our terms.
